Kennedy not only practices what he teaches but he loves what he does. He has the skills and knowledge to keep me on my toes, pushes me to my limits and a little more. I recommend him for the most novice beginner to the extreme athlete. He teaches while he trains so on days I’m not working with him I can continue to work the body and build strength and endurance. I wouldn’t trade Kennedy for the world.
Kennedy is optimistic and extremely passionate about health and fitness. His enthusiasm is illustrated through his encouraging words, dedication and attention to his client’s abilities and strengths. Kennedy has introduced to me training techniques that have provided me with a better understanding of how important having correct form can maximize and improve your overall workout. For many years, I neglected my health. I was morbidly obese and had all the risks that come with it: pre-hypertension, pre-diabetes and high cholesterol. Needless to say I was in very bad shape. Once I started working with Kennedy, things changed. The first thing he did was to assess my overall health; he then created a training and a meal plan program that worked very well with me.
Kennedy showed great deal of knowledge in human anatomy and nutrition, this was evident when he demonstrated every exercise movement and explained what I’m working on and proper form. He is very attentive, soft spoken, yet he pushes and holds you accountable, as of today I have lost over 70lbs and feel very healthy thanks to Kennedy for all his encouragement wisdom and life coaching!
